This Sale Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into as of [DATE] by and between:

• Liven Mosaic, a [State of Incorporation] corporation, with a principal place of business at [Company Address] ("Seller"), and

WHEREAS, Seller is in the business of creating and selling mosaic artwork; and

WHEREAS, Buyer desires to purchase a mosaic artwork from Seller;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Sale and Purchase of Artwork

1.1. Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to purchase the following mosaic artwork (the "Artwork"):

2. Purchase Price

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Buyer shall pay the Purchase Price to Seller by [Payment Method, e.g., credit card, PayPal] at the time of checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Seller shall ship the Artwork to Buyer at the following address:

4.2. Seller offers two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (estimated delivery timeframe: [Number] business days)

4.4. Free standard shipping is offered within the US & Canada.  For international shipments (outside US & Canada), the shipping cost will vary based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.

4.5.  From the time you place an order, it typically takes approximately 10 to 15 business days for an order to reach your doorstep.  This timeframe may vary depending on the size and complexity of the artwork, especially custom orders.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1. Buyer may return the Artwork for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, provided that the Artwork is returned in new and unused condition, in its original packaging.

5.2. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Seller recommends using a trackable method to mail your return.

5.3. To initiate a return, Buyer must email customer service at sales@mosaicnatural.com. Seller will provide instructions for the return process.

5.4. Cancellations are allowed before the Artwork ships. A full refund will be issued for any canceled orders.

6. Warranty

[Optional, if a warranty is offered] The Artwork is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [Number] years from the date of purchase. Seller's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective Artwork. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.

7. Extra Tesserae

7.1. To maintain the mosaic for its lifetime, Seller includes extra marble pieces (tesserae) of all the making colors with each shipment. These extra pieces can be used to replace any that might fall off due to mishandling or over time.

8. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], USA.

9. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

10. Severability
